about

Antonymous debuts on The Dark Thursday with Viscera (IV).

This release is in the static minimalism vein (and/or HNW depending on who you ask) and doesn't hesitate or ask questions. From what I can hear, there are subtle recordings under the static. Sometimes it sounds like a kick drum, a melody made with a bass synth of some kind, or the pool party you're at while hiding under water from all the drunk people.

These vague increments do not distract, and stay relatively well subdued, keeping the focus primarily on the static, at least for me.

If this sounds like something you'd dig, give it a go.
