about

This track reminded me of the depressing nature of the Death Grips song On GP. They don't sound very similar at all, but the mood I was put in was almost identical. So I decided to quote some of the most hard hitting lyrics from On GP.

The only thing in the way of composition here was that I wanted to sound vaguely like the band Earth. Considering neither of the other two members had listened to Earth, it made for a much more personalized piece, which is ultimately better than being an earth rip off. However, the (Special Low Frequency Version) included was a somewhat funny homage, lazily slapped on and contrasting the Death Grips lyrics.
