I ♥ Black Bear is one of the members of AMNT (Anti-Music Noise Team), a worldwide group of anonymous noise makers.

With titles about sucking black cock and the album being called "I Would Such This Till The Balls" it is very clear what they are celebrating. This worship is carried out through crackly textures in unchanging form. These textures have some space in them, making this a more breathable form of HNW, maybe being exterior to the idea of a wall itself. However, they are still unflinching.
